refunds, cancellations and returns 

cancellations are only available within 24 hours of you purchasing. after 24 hours all sales are final. no returns or exchanges are accepted. 

caprimoon is ran by one person. all oils and sprays are made in very small batches. everything is made with so much intention and love. this business runs on ritual timing and seasonal cycles. this shop is heavily spirit / ancestral led. 

if you are on a strict deadline and are expecting mass produced speed caprimoon is not the shop for you. i appreciate your understanding and support.
